1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored and administered by Comfort Experts, LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 1610 N Rosemont Suite 113, Mesa, Arizona 85205. Questions may be directed to [email protected].

2. Entry Period

The entry period opens at the timestamp below and ends November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. MST.

The random drawing and planned live announcement will take place December 1, 2026. Any person announced remains a potential winner until eligibility and installation requirements have been verified. Watching the live announcement is not required to win.

Entry period opens: October 26, 2026 at 8:41:45 AM MST.

3. Who May Enter

Entrants must:

• Be at least 18 years old and legal residents of Arizona.
• Own and occupy the single-family home where the prize would be installed.
• Have an existing central air-conditioning system that is at least 10 years old and needs replacement, subject to Sponsor’s verification.
• Have a home within one of the eligible communities listed below.
• Permit a free inspection to verify system age, condition, equipment compatibility, and installation requirements if selected.

Employees and owners of Comfort Experts, LLC, individuals directly involved in administering this giveaway, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

4. Eligible Installation Area

The installation address must be within one of these Arizona communities:

Phoenix, Tempe, Glendale, Litchfield Park, Buckeye, Avondale, Tolleson, Surprise, Peoria, Cave Creek, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Gilbert, Mesa, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Florence, Queen Valley, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Chandler, Ahwatukee, or Maricopa.

Homes outside these communities are not eligible, even if Comfort Experts otherwise provides service in their area.

5. Eligible Homes and Systems

This giveaway is limited to qualifying owner-occupied, single-family, site-built homes with equipment compatible with the offered replacement system.

Mobile homes, manufactured homes, condominiums, apartments, townhomes, rental properties, and commercial properties are excluded from this promotion.

These are eligibility restrictions for this giveaway and do not represent a statement about all equipment manufactured by Trane.

Only one existing HVAC system will be replaced. Homes with multiple systems may qualify, but replacement of additional systems is not included.

6. How to Enter

During the entry period:

1. Visit https://azcomfortexperts.com/ac-giveaway/.
2. Complete the dedicated giveaway entry form. No service request or appointment is required.
3. Entries are automatically identified as “AC Giveaway 2026”; no campaign phrase is required in the story.
4. Provide the required contact, installation address, property and existing-system information, plus the household explanation.

No service appointment, purchase, donation, payment, or Comfort Club membership is required.

Limit one entry per household and installation address. Duplicate entries will not increase the household’s chances of winning. Automated, fraudulent, materially false, incomplete, or late entries are ineligible.

Following, liking, sharing, tagging friends, leaving a review, or agreeing to receive marketing messages is not required and does not improve the odds of winning.

The explanation of need is used to understand the application and verify eligibility. Entries will not be ranked or judged based on their stories.

A household may be nominated only with the nominated homeowner’s permission to participate and be contacted. The nominated homeowner must satisfy the eligibility requirements. Multiple nominations do not increase the household’s chances of winning.

7. Prize and Installed Value

One eligible winner will receive one new Trane base-model, single-stage HVAC replacement system with installation by Comfort Experts, LLC.

Estimated installed retail value: $11,000 to $16,000, depending on the size and type of equipment required for the eligible home. The maximum advertised approximate retail value is $16,000. The actual fair market value will be documented based on the system and installation provided.

Sponsor will determine the appropriate equipment size and configuration based on the home’s requirements and compatibility with the offered system.

The prize includes:

• One qualifying Trane base-model, single-stage replacement system.
• Removal and disposal of the system being replaced.
• Installation labor and materials within the published installation scope.
• Startup, testing, and commissioning.
• Applicable taxes on the equipment and installation, paid by Comfort Experts, LLC.

The prize includes removal and disposal of one existing HVAC system, installation of the qualifying replacement system using suitable existing connections and infrastructure, and system startup and testing. Crane service up to 35 tons is included when needed. The included split-system and packaged-system work and the excluded work are listed below.

No payment to Comfort Experts is required to receive the prize within the published installation scope. No maintenance agreement or other purchase is required.

The prize cannot be upgraded, including by paying the difference. No cash alternative, transfer, or credit toward another system is available. If the installed value is below the maximum advertised value, the difference will not be paid in cash.

Applicable equipment and installation warranty terms will be provided in writing before acceptance.

The following work is not included:

• Additional code-related work beyond the included replacement installation.
• Ductwork replacement, repairs, modifications, or additions.
• Electrical service or panel upgrades, rewiring, or electrical repairs beyond the included equipment connections.
• Structural repairs, reinforcement, roof modifications, or construction.
• Testing, removal, remediation, or disposal of asbestos or other hazardous materials.

Comfort Experts, LLC is responsible only for equipment, labor, materials and services expressly included in these rules. If excluded work or service is necessary for a safe and lawful installation, the home is ineligible. No unexpected charges or required purchases will be imposed on the recipient.

8. Random Drawing and Odds

One potential winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period.

Sponsor may conduct a physical drawing using identical slips, with one slip per eligible household, placed together in a container, thoroughly mixed, and drawn without viewing the names.

Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of selection. The odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Selection is subject to verification of eligibility and the home’s compatibility with the published prize and installation scope.

9. Notification and Verification

Sponsor will contact the potential winner using the telephone number and/or email address provided.

The potential winner must respond within five calendar days after the initial notification and cooperate with reasonable scheduling for the free verification inspection.

Before receiving the prize, the potential winner must provide proof of age, homeownership, occupancy, and installation address, as reasonably requested, and complete required acceptance and tax documentation, including Form W-9.

Taxpayer identification information will be collected privately and will not be requested through public comments or social media posts.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond on time, declines the prize, provides materially false information, or does not meet the published eligibility or installation requirements, Sponsor may select an alternate through another random drawing.

10. Installation

Installation will be scheduled by mutual agreement after verification and acceptance. Equipment must be ordered by December 8, 2026. Installation must be completed by January 15, 2027.

The winner must provide reasonable access to the property and authorize the installation.

Before confirming the winner, Comfort Experts, LLC will perform a free inspection to determine whether the replacement system can be installed safely, lawfully and according to manufacturer requirements within the published scope.

A home is ineligible if excluded work or service is necessary to complete the installation. Comfort Experts, LLC will explain any disqualifying condition to the potential winner, and an alternate winner may be selected through another random drawing.

The recipient will not receive unexpected installation charges or be required to purchase excluded work, services or a maintenance agreement to receive the prize. Comfort Experts, LLC will not provide or pay for additional work outside the stated scope.

If an excluded condition is discovered after initial verification, it will be explained before work proceeds. The home will be deemed ineligible and an alternate winner may be selected. No additional charges will be imposed on the recipient.

11. Tax Disclosure

Comfort Experts, LLC will pay applicable taxes on the equipment and installation included in the prize.

The winner is responsible for any federal, Arizona, or other income taxes arising from accepting the prize. Comfort Experts, LLC is not paying or reimbursing the winner’s personal income taxes.

The prize’s actual fair market value will be reported on Form 1099-MISC as required by law. The winner must provide a completed Form W-9 and any other legally required tax documentation before the prize is awarded.

The winner should consult their own tax adviser about how accepting the prize may affect their taxes or eligibility for income-based benefits. The winner may decline the prize before accepting it.

12. Personal Information and Publicity

Entry information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact entrants regarding their entry, and fulfill applicable legal requirements, consistent with Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://azcomfortexperts.com/privacy-policy/.

Marketing consent is optional and does not affect eligibility or the chances of winning.

Sponsor may announce the verified winner’s first name, last initial, and community. Any additional use of the winner’s image, testimonial, personal story, or interior home photographs will require separate written consent and will not be a condition of winning.

13. Administration

Sponsor may disqualify entries involving fraud, tampering, or violations of these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are not received because of technical failures.

If circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially prevent fair administration, Sponsor may suspend or modify the giveaway only as reasonably necessary and permitted by law, with notice posted on the giveaway webpage.

Arizona law governs these rules, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these rules limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. Social Media Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Facebook and Instagram from liability arising from participation in this giveaway.

Trane is the equipment brand offered. No Trane sponsorship or endorsement is represented unless separately confirmed in writing.
