Comfort Experts is open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Do you take after-hours emergency calls?
Yes. Call the same number after hours. The team responds as quickly as possible, but an immediate callback or arrival is not guaranteed.
Can I request same-day service when availability allows?
Same-day service may be available based on the schedule and parts availability. Comfort Experts uses four-hour arrival windows for scheduled calls.
How much is a residential diagnostic?
The residential diagnostic fee is $69.99. It is waived when you proceed with the repair.
Is the residential diagnostic fee charged on Sunday or holidays?
For a Sunday or holiday emergency service call, the $150 emergency fee replaces the residential diagnostic fee; the $69.99 diagnostic fee is not added. Call to confirm availability and the repair price before dispatch.
How much is an HVAC tune-up?
A residential cooling or heating tune-up is $69.99 per system. AC tune-ups include a Level 1 condenser coil cleaning.
Are replacement estimates free?
Yes. Equipment replacement estimates are free.
What equipment brands do you service?
Comfort Experts services and installs all HVAC brands. Trane is the preferred equipment line, but it is not the only option.
Is Comfort Experts a Trane Comfort Specialist?
Yes. Comfort Experts is an active Trane Comfort Specialist.
What labor warranty comes with a new system?
New systems include a two-year labor warranty. Extended labor coverage may be available and can require ongoing maintenance.
Do repair and replacement-part warranties vary?
Yes. Coverage varies by repair, component, manufacturer, and maintenance terms. The team confirms the applicable coverage before the work or purchase.
Is financing available?
Financing options may be available through third-party lenders. Financing is subject to credit approval, and current terms and required disclosures are provided before you apply.

Yes. Comfort Experts serves homes and commercial properties, with commercial work focused on offices, warehouses, churches, and industrial facilities.
