Straightforward residential pricing

- Tune-up: $69.99 per system. AC tune-ups include a Level 1 condenser coil cleaning.
Training and current credentials
The team completes factory training and continuing education. Technicians performing regulated refrigerant work carry the required EPA 608 credentials. Comfort Experts is licensed, insured, and an active Trane Comfort Specialist.
Brands and recommendations
Trane is the preferred equipment line, but Comfort Experts services and installs all HVAC brands. The recommendation should fit the property and the work, not force every customer into the same equipment.
Warranty language you can understand
New systems include a two-year labor warranty. Extended labor coverage may be available and can require ongoing maintenance. Repair and replacement-part coverage varies by the component, manufacturer, and maintenance terms, so the applicable coverage is confirmed before the work or purchase.
